(-2147220470) A Quickbooks company data file is already open and it is different from the one requested or there are multiple company files open.

Resolution:

1. In your Quickbooks Company File path in CartGenie: Quickbooks Connection Wizard, add “c/” (or your correct drive letter) to your file path:
example - MyFilePath\c\QB.qbw.
2. In Quickbooks, Go to Edit>Preference> Integrated Applications> Company Preferences. Verify that the “Notify the user…” box is checked.
