Q: How do I delete Promo Codes that I no longer need in CartGenie?

A: Promo Codes cannot be deleted from CartGenie. The codes are permanently stored in the system as a historical reference in case there is ever a need to do a refund, answer a question from a customer about a code, or for any question you or your staff may have about an old code. If you do not want shoppers to be able to use a code you can set the Expiration Date to a date that has already past. Codes are sorted in CartGenie by Expiration Date so the older the date the lower down on the screen.
