CartGenie v4.0+: Downloading/Installing CartGenie® Desktop Engine

Summary:
CartGenie® Desktop Engine utilizes the Microsoft Access Runtime engine during execution. As a result, when CartGenie® Desktop Engine is installed, it is installed with the Microsoft Access Runtime.



To download CartGenie® Desktop Engine:

  1. Log into the Customer Support Center at http://www.jstreettech.com/cartgenie/pg_support.asp with the UserName and Password provided to you by J Street Technology.
  2. Click the Downloads link on the top navigation bar and then click Download next to CartGenie® Desktop Engine.
  3. When prompted, Choose Save.
  4. When the download is complete, Choose Run to install the application.
  5. If prompted that the publisher could not be verified, simply choose Run again.
  6. Follow all the default set-up steps to complete installation.
  7. Click Start > All Programs > CartGenie > CartGenie to start the application.
