CartGenie v4.0 Standard, Professional & Enterprise Editions
An image is missing from one page but appears on another page within the same site. This occurs when the wrong type of pathway for the image is being used within the Home.asp, Header.asp, Footer.asp, NavBarSide.asp or other custom pages.
Since a CartGenie site uses different application files located within multiple directories it is best to use a Site Root-Relative Path for images and links. A Site Root-Relative Path tells the browser to start looking from the root of the web site for the image or link. All Site Root-Relative Paths start with a "/". For example, a path for an image named image-name.jpg on the Home.asp page located in the images directory would have a path of <img src="../images/image-name.jpg" />.
Another option is to use Absolute Paths such as <img src="http://www.YourDomain.com/images/image-name.jpg" />. Absolute Paths tell the browser the exact location of the file.
