The Sitemap creation tool mentioned below will create a Google Sitemap file.  The Sitemap file that will be created will contain the URL for the home page, directory page, and all product pages within the catalog.  It does NOT include the URL of any custom pages that you may have created.  If you have custom pages in your Web site and wish to submit those as well then you must create a separate Sitemap file for them and submit it to Google.  Submitting multiple Sitemap files to Google is allowed. Create a  CartGenie Sitemap file by doing the following:

1. Open http://www.YourDomainName.com/GSiteMap.aspx in your Web browser.
2. Click the Create Sitemap button to create a new sitemap. 
3. Login to Google.com and go to the Webmaster Tools area.
4. Add your domain and navigate to the Sitemaps section.
5. Click the "Add a Sitemap" link.
6. In the "Type" selection box choose "Add General Web Sitemap".
7. In the "My Sitemap URL is" box enter "sitemap_index.xml".
8. The process is complete. It will take Google a few hours to update it's system with your Sitemaps information. It will then start checking your Web site on a regular basis. Click the Create Sitemap button mentioned above whenever you add/remove products from the CartGenie database.
