CartGenie v4.0+: How do I set-up an email account for my J Street Web Hosting...

HELM and DNP Control Panel Clients

Summary:

HELM CONTROL PANEL CLIENTS:

Login to the HELM control panel, http://cp.jstreettech.com
Click on "Domains"
Click on your domain
Click on Email Accounts (POP3)
Click "Add New"
Enter the name of the email address but DO NOT include the "@YourDomainName.com" extension.
Enter the password and confirm the password, click "Save".

DNP CONTROL PANEL CLIENTS:

Login to the DNP control panel, cp.CartGenie.com
Click Mail
Select Accounts
Click Create Mail Account
Click Add New
Enter the name of the email address but DO NOT include the "@domainname.com" portion
Select your domain from the drop down menu
Enter the Password and confirm the password
Populate the other fields as desired
Save the email account
You may now begin sending and receiving email for this account
